Vehicle Sales Manager

Description of the role:

Prospecting of new client that are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Purchasing of second hand vehicles. After service of clients and client relationships. Managing team to drive sales.

Requirements and Key Responsibilites:

Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Train and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing customer concerns effectively.
Inventory Control: Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring that the dealership has a diverse and appealing selection of vehicles. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Executive.
