Refund Policy

At Virtual Vibe Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality webinars, masterclasses, workshops, and educational events. By registering for and purchasing access to any of our events, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy 

All registrations and payments made for Virtual Vibe Consulting webinars, masterclasses, workshops, courses, and related events are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our events, which often involve limited seating, event preparation, digital resources, and access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to attend the event
• Late arrival or partial attendance
• Technical issues on the attendee’s side, including internet connectivity problems, device incompatibility, or software issues
• Dissatisfaction with the content where the event has been delivered as described

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Virtual Vibe Consulting cancels an event, registered attendees will be offered either:

• A full refund; or
• A transfer of their registration to a future event of equal value.

If an event is rescheduled, attendees will be given the opportunity to attend the new date. If the attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled event, Virtual Vibe Consulting may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward a future event.

Exceptional Circumstances

Any requests for refunds outside of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Virtual Vibe Consulting reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any exception.
